We provide software to manage conversations across channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Email), AI agent functionality, analytics, and related services. We may change or improve features over time.

3. Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for account credentials and activity.
• You must comply with the policies of integrated platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Instagram).
• You represent that you have the rights to process data you connect to the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, abusive, or spam activity.
• Respect opt‑in/opt‑out rules and message template guidelines.
• No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or misuse of rate limits.

5. Fees & billing

Fees are as described on the Pricing page. Taxes and channel costs (e.g., WhatsApp template fees) may apply. We may suspend service for overdue amounts.

6. Data & privacy

We process data to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service.

7. Availability & support

We aim for high availability and provide support according to your plan. We may perform maintenance and will minimize disruption.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with notice, or for cause upon material breach. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Bengaluru courts, subject to mandatory local laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
