You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the free plan (if available) or be deactivated, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

2. Refund Policy

Since VyapAI offers a digital service with immediate access to features, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.

  • Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing mistakes.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to use the service due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
  • First-Time Users: We may offer a refund for the first month of service if you are unsatisfied and contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase, at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund
